Perlis, can be know as the most small state in Malaysia, and it's located near to the Thailand border. Most of the people do not know on this small state. But, please don't look down on this small state, in Perlis have a place call "Kuala Perlis Seafood - (海天海鮮)", which serving the nice seafood with reasonable price. Most of the traveler will stop by when they back from Thailand or Langkawi, or even some of the customers willing to spend the driving time about 45mins along the way from Alor Star, because Kuala Perlis is located in between Perlis and Alor Star. Imaging that how delicious of the food that make the customers to having a nice dinner right here with travelling time for almost an hour. :)

However, if you have luck, you might meet Perlis King's in this restaurant, because Perlis King's sometime will visit in this restaurant. Furthermore, the most important thing is the waitress and the boss are very good attitude, and please don't be surprise that some of the malay waitress are known hokkien language, if you don't know what's the dishes name in malay, you can tell them in hokkien language.

Sizzling Tofu （铁板豆腐）:The source for this Sizzling Tofu is quite special, and this dishe is hardly to get in other restaurants.

Singapore Fried Bihun (新加波米粉）: Singapore Bihun is normal compare to other restaurants.

Char Ying Yong （炒鴛鴦）: The Char Ying Yong taste is good.

Siamese Fried Rice (泰式炒饭）: The fried rice taste is good but slightly spicy.

Black Pepper Crab （黑胡椒炒螃蟹）: Black Pepper + Crab the taste feeling is something different, no harm to try.

Must Order: Hai Thien's Typical Fried Cat Fish （海土杀）: This dish is a must to try, because you will never to get this taste of dish from other restaurants. This dish can be know as a signature dish as well.

Sizzling Plate Prawn （铁板虾）: The Sizzling Prawn can eat with the with rice, and the source is little spicy.

Mantis Prawn with Salted Egg （虾蛄炒咸蛋）: This is normal.

Siamese Steamed Fish（泰式蒸鱼）: If you like sour and spicy, this is a must to try out. and you can ask them to serve after meal, because with the hot charcoal it will block other peoples to take the dishes on the table.
